What to do when registration in premium will have an unknown error because of the over dued account

This happened to me before but i forgot on how to do this again, when ever i tried to register for a new premium there is an unknown error that will appear above i know that it is because of the overdue of my account since it expire 5 days ago how to do this help i am using mobile load for registration of premium account

If the last payment for Premium didn't go through, and your account went back to Free, I suggest cancelling the current subscription.

Once the subscription is cancelled, you'll be able to resubscribe here. You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window if you run into any error messages.
