Why Spotify retained my balance?

I did not complete the subscription and now Spotify retained the balance of The subscription that I did not, I just put my card but did not finish the order, how do I recover my retained balance?

That will likely be a pending payment. you dont need to do anything, the funds will simply return to your account in the next week or so. There is nothing spotify can do to speed this up
