Why am I being charged twice this month?

Why am I being charged twice this month?

I was charged on the 12th for the month of July for my individual premium account and Spotify is attempting to charge me again on the 17th of July for the same thing

Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

 

My first suggestion is that you check your receipts and details of your payments on your account page.

 

Also, keep in mind that if a regular payment fails, Spotify will try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement - but only one has actually been taken. You can check your bank statements to confirm.

 

The next month’s payment will continue on or near to your usual billing date.

 

Another thing to consider is that you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account.

 

Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an account.

 

Note: There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.

 

Also, check your family or friends haven’t used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

I get charged twice a month …..and this has been happening for about three months now

 Actually the plan charge is 27.99 Aed...and it deducted money two times from my account...please help me to resolve this issue.

El pago se cobro solo 2 veces en mi tarjeta y iba a reembolsar uno pero me sale que el pago no ha sido realizado y de mi tarjeta ya me descontaron lo de 2 planes individuales

My family plan billing date says I paid it and the money was removed from my bank account on 12/13/2024, and today 12/24/2024 just 11 days later it was paid again, I am very upset and I demand a refund of my money. It does not seem fair to me that an automatic payment was made when I just paid my monthly bill less than two weeks ago.

i payed 59 Turkish lira for 1 one month subscription in <snip - Moderator Edit> and before the 1 one month subscription end Spotify asking me to update my subscription and trying to take 59TL from my bank account THANK YOU AND I LIKE SPOTIFY SO MUTCH I HOPE YOU FIX THIS
