I've been on a student plan for a while now but I'm still being charged the regular price

You may need to renew your student discount, as it is only valid for 12 months. You can renew every year (up to 4 years). If you have exceeded that limit, you are no longer eligible for the discount. To renew the student discount, you can follow these steps.
