Why and I not eligible for Premium Duo?

Why and I not eligible for Premium Duo?

I have Premium Duo and I am trying to change my country and billing information. I went to Account -> Update Card -> Change County and select my new country. The default plan displayed is Premium Individual. When I try to select Premium Duo it states that I am not eligible for that plan. I do not have any other Duo members on my plan at the moment.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, it'd be best for you to cancel your current subscription following these steps.

 

Once that's done, you can update your country setting following these steps. After that, you should be able to subscribe to a Premium plan of your choice using your payment method from your new country.
