Why can't I get Premium Abroad

Plan: Free

Country: Bulgaria


Device: iPhone 8, Macbook Pro late 2017

Operating System: iOS 10


I originally started a premium account in the U.K but downgraded to the free plan. I'm now a permanent student in Bulgaria and I want to upgrade back to a premium plan again. I have changed my country location in my account settings and I have tried using an English and Bulgarian payment method, but it won't accept any payment method that I try. Any Ideas?

You can start off by taking a look at this page to see if your payment method meets all of our requirements.


It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.


If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
