Why can’t I get my free trial when I haven’t completed one yet?

It says I can’t redeem the three months free for the single because I’ve already had one. However, I recently got Spotify and haven’t signed up for a free trial yet.

You'll also need to make sure that the payment method you're trying to use for this hasn't already been used for Spotify in the past 🙂
