How to change from duo to individual?

I'm a member of duo and need to change to individual without losing my history. How to do it?

Keep in mind that switching subscriptions will not affect the history of your account or your music/podcasts collection.

In order to make the change correctly, you'll first need to leave your current plan by following these steps. Once your account is on the free service, you can then subscribe to the regular Premium plan here.
