Why is my premium plan is not appearing on my Spotify app

I paid for Spotify premium online as you cannot do it via the app. I have then logged in on my Spotify app and I am not on premium

Could you double-check you're logging into the same account you used to subscribe? There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription, then make sure to use the same to log into the app.
