Why my partner cannot accept my invite?

Why my partner cannot accept my invite?

The message we received is that she already cannot be verified and has to wait 12 months… it’s my wife and has resided with me the whole time. We had this issue before and is why we left Spotify.

Hey there,


Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Your wife likely received an email asking her to confirm her address within 7 days. Since she didn't do it, she was removed from the plan.

 

I recommend asking her to reach out to Support to see if something can be done about this: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. 🙂
