Why there are two different prices offered to me on the website and the app

On the app Spotify offers me premium for 3 months for 9,99€ but on the website it says 11,99€

Its the same for me, but the app price is 9,99 BGN and the website price is 11,99 USD, which is a huge difference…

I checked that on my Spotify web version the region is the correct one but it still shows me two different prices

And its the same as the apps region
