Why won't my plan change over to the student plan?

My plan randomly changed to Premium Individual when I had the student plan. I changed my plan to the student account but it keeps saying I have the Individual plan. I have deleted my subscription in the hope of getting the student plan but even when I try to "purchase" the student plan it still says the individual plan. Do I need to renew my plan and then change it even though it didn't work before?

Please make sure that you have renewed your student discount following these steps. Once you do so, try changing your plan here using a different browser or private window.
