Help with Gift Card

When I tried to scrape off the protection from the back of the giftcard, parts of the PIN fell of, and now I can't read it and I can't redeem the card without it. What can I do??

Re: Unable to update payment method

I'm having the exact same problem. Here's a screenshot. There's no "Update" option next to the plan. I've gone through every option under my account but it doesn't even show me my existing payment method nor does it give me a place to change it.
