yo cancele la suscripcion cuando era gratuita y me habian seguido cobrando cuando ya no utilizaba spotify individual , solicito reembolso

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If you canceled your subscription, but you're still getting charged, it's possible that the subscription was not properly canceled, or you may have another account subscribed to Premium by mistake. So first, we'd first recommend checking out this article as it has more info about the subscription statuses.

 

If you need any additional help with your subscription, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support so they can check your account and give you more info about it.
