My Question or Issue

Boa noite.

Estou tentando migrar do plano premium normal para o Duo. A opção surge normalmente, mas quando clico para pagar anualmente o Spotify diz o seguinte:

O site me permite ir para o pagamento somente nos pagamentos mensais. É uma pena porque gostaria de economizar e tirar pelo menos um gasto na fatura mensal. 😩

 

Sem falar que a mensagem nem fala porque não posso escolher o plano anual.

Alguém pode me ajudar? Gostaria de esclarecimentos antes.

Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.
 
If you currently have a monthly subscription, you need to cancel first. No worries, you won't lose any remaining Premium time. Once done, try making the annual payment for Premium Duo. Bear in mind that you'll need to wait until your Individual Premium time finishes and just then, your Premium Duo time will start. 
 
However, if you still get the same message after canceling, then you need to wait until your Premium time is over, your account goes back to free and then you'll be able to subscribe with the annual pre-paid option. You won't lose any saved content if your account goes back to free, but you'll have to download your offline music again once you re-subscribe.
