If you cannot see the Premium features on your account, it's possible that you've logged into another one by mistake. So first, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

 

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we'd also recommend checking out this article for more info.

 

However, if you have a different issue, include more details in your next response so we can help you further.
