Can’t leave duo plan to go back to my premium plan

Can you help please because my daughter doesn’t want to start all obverse again selecting her playlist when they are on my account so due plan won’t work for us. I’d like to go back to premium plan please but it won’t let me

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. You can switch to the Individual plan at any time here. Regarding the playlists, it's not exactly clear what you mean but if you two were using the same account until now, then you should use separate ones instead. If your daughter doesn't have one, she can create it and then you can share with her all her playlists that are in your account so that she can make copies of them in her own account.
