Why is Spotify charging my bank account and I don’t have premium

Spotify has charged me 21 dollars and 98 cents and I don’t have Spotify premium on any of my accounts. Please refund me.

Can i change my Individual plan to Family plan if i paid with a third party

I recently paid for 12 months to subscribe the Individual plan but now planning to change to the Family plan. The tricky part is I paid through a third party, Touch n Go e-wallet. How to proceed?
