Wife cant access family premium

Wife cant access family premium

My wife cant join my family premium subscription.

 

WHat the **bleep** is going on? she has used it for a couple of months and today she gets a error when trying to use it. it says she is not allowed to join the family group.

 

We live on the same adress and all that jazz. please help! i have sent a new invite to her email but she gets the same error when pressing it. tried it on 2 computers and on her phone.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your plan. No need to worry though, we're here to help.

 

Does she have any trouble accepting the invite using an incognito window? What about if she tries redeeming the invite code here?

 

If the error message persists, ask her to reach out to us on Twitter with her account info so we can get a look.
