Wont Let me enter payment info

My card was cancled that was attached to my account and so spotify paused my acocunt, but now when i go to update the info it keep telling me my card info is incorrect or just wont load the page where I go to put in the new info. i have tried about 15 times and even waited two days and I still have the same problem. Im not sure what to do from here.

Instead of trying to update the info, can you try canceling your subscription from the account page, and then go back and resubscribe all over again?

Yes I just cancled my subscription and it still wont even let me enter my payment info, so I think ill just wait a few days. Ill let you know how it goes, but thank you!
