Wrong date mentioned on exit page after cancelling Premium subscription

My Question or Issue

I got a three months free premium subscription on Spotify. After it ended, it prompted me to either renew the subscription, or cancel it. After I cancelled it, it showed me the following message:

"You've cancelled your subscription. Your subscription will end on 1/1/1970."

Clearly, this is an incorrect date. Seems like it was a system default date that was not updated as per the plan details.

This appears to be a minor visual glitch, and we have already informed the team in charge about it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Now, even though the date is incorrect there, there should be no changes or issues with the correct date when your account will go back to free. Additionally, once you cancel, you should get a confirmation email.

If you have any issues with your Premium time or the service, do let us know with more details, and we'll look into it.
