As I was updating my payment information my account switched from Premium to Family-Premium.

I went instantly to change it back, but now you have charged me 14,90€. I would like to get a partial refund on that, since I feel that this was out of my control and went to switch it back immediately and have operated under the assumption that my plan was changed back.
