In this case, you can check the order history on your account page, to see if perhaps you've had Premium time before. 

 

Another thing worth trying is checking if perhaps you have more than one Spotify account. You can follow the steps in this article to double-check. Remember to check the order history on any account you might find to verify if you've had Premium time.
