Why do I keep getting charged 75 pesos every month? I didn't subscribe.

I’m out of audiobook listening hours when I’ve used 0 hours

I have Spotify premium so I’m told I get 15 hours a month of audiobooks, yet when I go to the audiobook manager page it says I’ve used 0 hours. So why can’t I listen to any audiobooks despite it being part of my plan and I still have 15 hours left.
