My Question or Issue

I recently purchased the $1 xbox game pass deal with spotify premium for 6 months. I read in the fine print that it should email me the code for the premium within the next 5-10 days, that was about 12 days ago. It never asked for an email to send the code to, I've checked every email I have ever used and there is no sign of a code. I might be missing some detail or something because I havent seen anyone else with this issue. The only reason I can think of for this not working is that people have signed into their premium spotify accounts on my xbox, so maybe the system assumed I had premium before.

If you subscribed through your Xbox, the code should be sent both directly via the Xbox Messaging Center on your console and to that email address which is registered on your Microsoft account.

Did already check the email address registered on your Microsoft account?

hi jigs you need to sign up with an microsoft email account on Xbox to make it work. has to be a microsoft account, not any other email. good luck
