My Question or Issue: Looking to change my account from Premium to Duo. Wondering if there is a yearly subscription available and if yes how to find out the price of the yearly subscription and how to sign up for it.

You can see all available offers in your region on the Spotify website. If you don't see a yearly subscription for Premium Duo there, it's unfortunately not available.
