I was logged out of my account. And sadly i don’t remember the passwords. but the gmail i used for is old, so i also don’t remember the password. i would just like to cancel it or if there was a way to log in that would be great too!
I I did not make a change in the selection of the type of premium plan, however, the platform changed my student plan to a regular one and the payment was made for said plan, when I was never notified of said change.
