What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

I have Spotify premium so I’m told I get 15 hours a month of audiobooks, yet when I go to the audiobook manager page it says I’ve used 0 hours. So why can’t I listen to any audiobooks despite it being part of my plan and I still have 15 hours left.
