My Question or Issue

Hello, recently we subscribed to family premium plan. But my wife ordered it with the wrong card. So I just want to get the refund and re-pay it with the card I want (to get some cashback). How to do that?

I'm afraid it's not possible to get a refund in this case, but you can change your payment method for the next month.

 

To change your payment details just follow this steps:

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Go to Manage your plan, click Update next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method.

Note: When you add a payment method, you may see an authorization charge for a nominal amount appear on your account. This authorization charge allows us to verify the validity of your payment method. It’s only a temporary hold and will disappear within a short time.
