Pasó la fecha de pago y quiero pagar con la misma tarjeta

Acaba de pasar el tiempo de mi suscripción y como no tenía fondos en la tarjeta no se ejecutó el pago. Necesito saber cómo puedo pagar sin la necesidad de volver a ingresar los datos de la tarjeta.

Thanks for reaching out. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

If your last payment for Spotify has failed due to insufficient funds in your card, the system will try to take the payment again after a certain period of time. After a few attempts, your subscription will get discontinued if the payment keeps failing. To avoid this (and to "force" a new attempt) you can re-enter your payment details following the steps on this page. When you reach the "Enter a new payment method" step, just type in your current card details.

 

Note that the new charge will cover the month starting from when your last payment was due, i.e. if the payment was due on November 15 and you pay on November 19, your next payment for Spotify will be due on December 15.
