I can't subscribe to Spotify Premium

Whenever I try to subscribe to Spotify Premium, it gives an error that my country and payment method don't match. I am from Pakistan and I am using my Askari Bank's Union Pay Debit card to pay but Spotify doesn't accept the payment.

Can I keep my account if I cancel my premium plan and start a new one?

I want to start a new premium plan to get the student discount. I'm currently paying for Spotify via my mobile operator. Will I be able to log in to my old account or will all my playlists disappear?
