I’m out of audiobook listening hours when I’ve used 0 hours

I have Spotify premium so I’m told I get 15 hours a month of audiobooks, yet when I go to the audiobook manager page it says I’ve used 0 hours. So why can’t I listen to any audiobooks despite it being part of my plan and I still have 15 hours left.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, which Premium plan do you have?

Also, could you share a screenshot of what you see when you try to listen to audiobooks and of the page you see about the remaining time?
