I had 2 spotify accounts. I upgraded the wrong one to Family.

I have now paid $14.99 twice! How do I get a refund on the incorrect account?

In this instance, I recommend that you contact the Spotify Support Team via this contact form ASAP to get this issue sorted out.

 

Please make sure you provide some extra information in the form like the email addresses of the account you wish to get refunded.
