i forgot to cancel the renewal of the account pro and I disactivated it too late.

Can I just get a remboursement of the 9,95€?

Here is the official Spotify refund policy:

If you’ve never used your Premium subscription, or have bought but not redeemed an online Spotify gift card, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us.
