I’ve been charged twice.

Hi I need help, yesterday I signed up for the Student discount, and I was charged twice $4.99, a total of $10 I’m my bank account when I should of only been charged once. Who do I tell or what I do so one of the charges is removed. Thank you.

Not accepting payment

I’m furious with Spotify website. I have been trying every day for about a month with different credit cards and different PayPal account and it won’t except any of them. The page never loads and it just won’t take any form of payment.

Songs from album gone

Hi, I have a playlist of the album "Dark Passion Play" from "Nightwish". Suddenly of the 26 songs on the album only 6 are playable. Everything else has been "greyed out". Is this spotify pulling an album? Or is something wrong on my side? Patrick

Can't buy spotify premium?

I've tried getting spotify premium 5 times today. Everytime I've done everything at Paypal and confirmed the payment it sends me back to the spotify site where I can choose my payment method. My status is still on free and I haven't gotten a receipt.

I currently live in Poland, but I'm going to move back to my home country Germany during this year. If I buy a one year-subscription to premium, will it still be available after I move to Germany?
