app says last payment method didnt work, but still being charged

Ive had an account for a while now and lost my debit card - premium account was disabled when i cancelled that card.  Just realized that itunes has been charging me - last payment went through last night -  but the app still tells me that my last payment didnt work.  I just hit cancel for now bc i dont want to be charged AGAIN and still not be able to access. I

Free now, but just downgraded to keep from being charged again.

Hey @melinnn 

 

If you're an iPhone user, you do need to check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.

 

Here are Apple's instructions on how to do it:

For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website, once you're off iTunes auto renewal.
