billing issues constantly

So my son and I got on the family plan because it was cheaper than two separate plans, everything was fine for about 6 months, then I noticed they only charged for a single account and basically kicked me off the family plan. It says he is on a family plan but only charges my card for a single plan and I have to pay my own single plan now. We thought if we both canceled our subscriptions we could wait until they run out and sign back up with the family plan again since spotify jacked it up for us for no reason. I was billed on the 30th for my personal subscription and canceled and have spotify until the 30th of November, my son did the exact same thing on my same card that was billed for his single subscription on the 20th and was immediately kicked off even though this was on the 5th or so and I was charged on the 20th. All in all spotify has screwed me out of about $50 and my sons more than paid for service in the past 3 months. There is no one to call and I already know the email situation is a joke and I won't waste my time. For the love of god what is wrong with spotify! How can there be no customer service available for such a big name in music?!? It is enough to make me switch back to iTunes. And I loathe iTunes. Someone help me!!!!
