i was charged in 1.12 st and i am now asked to pay again ?

please help and let me know what happens

If you’ve noticed unusual charges or multiple payments, I recommend checking if you might have another account. You can follow the steps in this guide to double-check.

 

If everything seems correct on your end, the best next step would be to get in touch with Spotify Support through this page. They can take a closer look and help clarify the situation for you.

I needed a phone number, couldn't find it yet.

Yea, my account was frozen for few days so the billing didn't go through then, but it should be good now.

Tried replying to the email sent to me, no response.

Tried updating my payment information, used two kinds, failed. I have over $2,000 and can't pay?

Tried a different contact email, no response yet.

Tried looking for way to contact on the app, it's not there.

Seriously, how do I get this paid? 

Or, I can just make a new account...  That would be odd solution, but I guess I could do that.

Will some stuff to make sure my card works, but it should as they unlocked my account.
