can not buy premium account

I had previously bought a premium subscription, then canceled it, moved to another country, used a free subscription for some time, then moved to another country, continuing to use a free subscription, but soon I was so fed up with advertising that I decided to buy a premium again.
And no matter how I tried to pay, cards from different countries, nothing worked. I have a feeling that I was blocked from paying and only the free mode is available to me.

They say that you can connect your card to Google Pay and pay through it, but I don’t have an Android device to do that.

No ad blockers, incognito mode, etc, nothing works..

 

Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.1

iPhone 17.1.1

I recommend making sure that your payment method has sufficient funds, and is:

  • Not expired or canceled.
  • Enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. Look for these settings in your bank’s mobile app.

Also, make sure your bank or payment provider has your correct details. They may need to verify your identity for security, e.g. with a password, PIN, fingerprint, or code sent to your device.

I`am using this card all the time, buying stuff at Amazon, Computer Universe and so on, everything is fine

I think I need someone who can check my account inside the system to see whats going on

In this case, it's best to reach out to your bank, payment provider or card issuer about this do that they can take a closer look at what's going on 🙂

Its not a problem with bank, cuz I`ve tried 3 different bank cards, none of them works

financial support helped me, as I told earlier they can block to accept my payments, so they unlock it and now Iam a premium user again
