Why am I being charged twice this month?

I was charged on the 12th for the month of July for my individual premium account and Spotify is attempting to charge me again on the 17th of July for the same thing

Why am I being charged for full price when I have a student discount ?

Audio book allocation not reset at start of new billing cycle
