Why can i not use my key from Media Expert on my account?

Why can i not use my key from Media Expert on my account?

I take a free key from shop Media Expert and i can't use it. I don't know why.. I look this information: Something went wrong. Please try again or go to our support.

Have you tried redeeming the code you received here? Is that when you're getting the error message? It's worth opening the link in an incognito window or using a different device if possible to see if that helps.
