Yes, it says the person that I added to my duo subscription has been successfully added, as my account page reflects it. Despite this, they are subject to advertisements. This is quite a nuisance and should not happen, requesting a fix asap.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post to a new thread since the previous one was kind of old, hope you don't mind.

 

If the other user seems to be successfully added to your plan, but they're still getting ads, it's possible that they could be using a different account on free tier by mistake. So first, we'd recommend the other user to log out from their current account and log back in following the steps in this article

 

If the issue persists, since the account may have different credentials, we'd recommend trying to log in using the other methods mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference.
