Audio book allocation not reset at start of new billing cycle

Audio book allocation not reset at start of new billing cycle

My billing cycle started yesterday, payment was made as usual, yet I am still getting a notification that my audiobook time allocation has run out. What can I do? Thanks

Mine renewed 2 days ago and the same thing has happened 

I just chatted with customer service and they just had me log out and back in again. Now it works fine. Maybe try that or reach out to an advisor.
