Why am I being charged for full price when I have a student discount ?

I have always been charged with the student discount. However, I am charged full price for this month even though my student plan is still on roll.

Eligible college/university students must renew every year to continue the Premium Student discount (for up to 4 years).

You should've received an email a few weeks before expiration, so if you think you didn't, I recommend checking your junk/spam folder 🙂

You can either renew from your account page or change to Premium Student again at https://spotify.com/student.
