Bonjour
je vis en Suisse maintenant alors que je vivais en france et quand je veux changer de pays via internet, impossible de pouvoir le changer .
Et quand au final je le trouve et que je clique sur l'Abo prenium solo cela me dis que je ne peux pas selectionner cette abonnement et cela me propose le duo et fammille alors que je suis tout seul .
Pourriez vous me dire comment enregistrer mon nouveau pays et ma carte en relation svp?
Est ce que je dois supprimer mon abonnement francais et ensuite reprendre un autre je ne le sais pas du tout
Pouvez vous m'aider svp ?

We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.
If you have moved from one country to another you need to change the country settings of your account. If you have an active Premium subscription, in order to change your account's country settings to the country you're currently living in, you need to change your payment method to one issued in the same country where you're currently living, by following the steps in this article. Keep in mind that the country change will take place in your next billing date.
However, if you're having issues with that, we'd recommend cancelling your current subscription and waiting for your account to revert to the free service. No worries, you won't lose any content, you'll just need to re-download your tunes once you have Premium again. After your account reverts to the free service, you'll be able to change the country settings on your account and re-subscribe with the new payment method.

It does not suffice as my daughter has just done that but cannot change it back to the UK. She can only pick among 4 French locations… Despite being based in the UK - just a short while across the Channel

Could you give us a bit more info so we can get a better understanding? Which steps exactly has your daughter done? Did she update her payment details or only tried changing the country? Does she have a free or a Premium account?
It's worth mentioning that if you're on the free service, you can only change to the new country or region when you’re actually there and if you have a Premium subscription, you can travel to a different country and don't need to change the one on your Spotify account.

If your daughter is in the UK, she should be able to change the country settings to there. If she's having issues doing it, it's most likely related to the internet connection or settings on the device she's trying to make the change from. So, it's best if she tries changing the country settings on her account from a different device. She could try from a computer or another mobile device. She just needs to make sure to log in with her Spotify account when doing it.
