changing credit card information

I am trying to change the cc information on my account and there is no update button as the directions state.  There is a message stating I need to go through my mobile device and I was told by Verizon this is not true and they have nothing to do with spotify payment information.  Any advice?

Hey @HP18, welcome to the Community!

You should see the option to update your card info in your Subscription Overview. If you're unable to see the option, it's possible that you've subscribed to Premium through a third party.

If that's the case, you'll need to reach out to them to cancel your subscription. You'll be able to resubscribe with your card once your account reverts to Free.
