My Question or Issue

I was charged for my the family plan, but then canceled and changed it to the regular  w/ Hulu. Can I get a refund on the family plan?

If you haven't used your Premium for Family subscription you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

 

Just get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.
