Impossible to use Paypal as payment method

I have been being charged $9.99 a month for an account I don’t have. I have never signed up for Spotify Premium so unsure what I am being charged for. Is there any other way to contact Spotify so I can stop these charges?

I redeemed a Premium one-year subscription through spotify.com/redeem. How long does it take to show up on my phone app? I signed out, signed in, restarted the phone.
