Hi, we opened a premium for the family and can't connect, send me a link to connect, do I need to open a new account for this?

Just to confirm, are you having issues to accept the invite?

 

If so, we suggest that you make sure you're entering the same address as the plan's owner. It's also worth trying from a different device and a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.
