My Question or Issue

I used to have a Family premium subscription. The bank card it was linked with has expired. Upon renewing it the simple premium option was set up and charged accordingly. When I noticed I checked the offers and decided to upgrade to Duo. The same day I got charged to the Duo amount too, which I was OK with as I was at fault not checking what I was subscribing for initially. The problem is that this month again I got charged twice. When I check my account details it only lists the duo subscription, so I'm not sure how to get the money back for this month and how to make sure going forward I only get charged for the Duo?
