duo invite link is expired. Why will it not make a new one?

I pay for duo the invite linked I send my husband expired
So I tried to get a new invite link and when I tap invite nothing happens??

Thanks for reaching out. Just to make sure, are you following these steps to create a new invite link? If the page freezes when doing so, can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
